Last month, I checked out CeeZoo's off of Botham Jean for the first time. They were hosting a poetry night Thursday and I got tickets for it, so I figured I might as well check pout the food.

It was late for me to be eating, as I usually don't eat after 7 pm, but I was a little hungry. So, I ordered a basket of the two of the parmesan garlic and two of the honey fire wings. I wasn't expecting jumbo wings to come out. Maybe I wasn't paying attention to the video reviews I'd seen online.

The basket came out quicker than I expected, with it being a poetry night and everything, but they came out in under 30 minutes. They were hot and crunchy, and the fries were seasoned well, with a little sweetness to them.

The service was friendly and efficient, and it's more of a lounge vibe inside.

As for the poetry night, that was enjoyable. Lots of good poets and a funny comedian. The singers were OK. It was a good night and adult atmosphere. I just wish it had all started sooner than 9 pm on a Thursday, but that's on me!
