An Austin beekeeper called Texas Beeworks and an LA beekeeper called LA Honeybee Works had drama on TikTok that went viral. The LA beekeeper was the most outspoken opponent of the Austin beekeeper's unique approach to beekeeping with her bare hands and untied, flowing hair. This was the top performing story on the KSAT website for two weeks in June 2021 and gained 250,000 page views.
